About Reports

Most reports within eSchedule can be sorted, filtered and exported to Excel.

Note: The filter options you see may vary from below based on your organization’s settings. Filter options also vary from report to report.

Filtering Reports

Report Icon Key

Using the following icons, you can alter the results that appear in most reports:

View Filter Options
Refresh Report Results
Export to Excel
Search a Report

Exporting a Report

After you’ve used the filter options available at the top of the report, click “Refresh”. Once you’re ready to export to data, click the “Export to Excel” icon. Choose a location to save the file on your computer/device. Click Save.

Printing a Report

After you’ve used the filter options available at the top of the report, click “Print”. Follow the prompts to complete the print job.

Sorting a Report

At the top of each column, you will see double arrow icons.

To sort the results of any column, click the double arrow icon. The results will immediately refresh with the new sort method. Clicking the double arrow icon again, will re-sort in the opposite method (e.g. A > Z or Z > A).

Searching a Report

Using the search box at the top of the report, enter a keyword(s) that you wish to search for. The report results will refresh automatically as you type.
