Certification Reports

This article is for Administrators and members that have been granted the “Training Coordinator” role. The “Certification Tracking Module” must be activated within your organization’s account.

Certification Expiration Report

The Certification Expiration Report allows your training coordinator the ability to track all certifications across the organization.

The report offers a number of filtering and sorting options. See this article for more information about using reports.

Certification Matrix Report

The Certification Matrix Report is another option that allows your training coordinator the ability to track all certifications across the organization.

The report offers a number of filtering and sorting options. See this article for more information about using reports.

1. Click the “filter” icon:
   
2. A number of additional filter options are made available including:
   • Member Type
   • Member Status
   • Position
   • Certification Type
3. Click “Save”.
4. The report will automatically refresh with new results.
